Individuals

  1. Call 1800 008 258 or complete the online enquiry form to enquire about the VaultOne product/service you require.
  2. Advise us of the not for profit organisation you wish to donate to.
  3. The service provider will then contact you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry.
  4. Once your product/service has been received and processed VaultOne will then donate part of the commissions generated to a nominated not for profit organisation.
  5. You will receive notification of the amount that you have donated to your nominated charity. You will also receive a form you can send to your nominated organisation advising them of your details
  6. You can feel the satisfaction that comes from knowing you are supporting your favourite Not for Profit Organisation.

Not For Profit Organisation

  1. Request a presentation VaultOne will present the benefits of our fundraising method. If the concept needs to be presented to your Board or Committee one of our team members would be more than happy to do so.
  2. Expression of Interest When your organisation ready, submit the Expression of Interest form, to become a member of VaultOne. There is no cost involved to be a member.
  3. Feedback Form Please submit the feedback form in the welcome pack outlining how your organisation communicates with your supporters so we can start to align marketing with your individual group.
  4. Personalised campaign We will assist you in developing your campaign to generate sustainable cashflow.
  5. Promotion VaultOne will be looking for opportunities to promote to your supporters either at events or at fundraisers or through sponsorship.
  6. You will start to receive donations When the marketing of our services starts to penetrate to your supporters we start to receive nominations for your organisation to receive the commissions. VaultOne completes an enquiry form and forwards the information to one of our accredited representatives. Your organisation is notified and the nomination is tracked.
  7. Notification We keep you up to date with your nominations, when payments are due and the amounts. The individual also has the opportunity of informing you of their activity through the nomination letters they can choose to submit.
  8. Get the best out of our service As our relationship strengthens VaultOne continues to work closely with your organisation, attending events and fundraisers. To keep information flowing to your supporters, we provide updates in newsletters and on our web site. Also by having representation on our web site, individuals who are not associated with any particular organisation have the opportunity to choose, from the list, which group they would like to support.

Businesses

  1. Request a presentation VaultOne will present to you the benefits of being recognised as sponsoring a group through VaultOne, without it costing you anything.
  2. Sponsor If your organisation agrees to become involved, you then nominate a not for profit organisation you wish to sponsor.
  3. Review of products & services VaultOne will then arrange for one or more of the following products: Telecommunications, Insurance, Pre-Paid Legal, Financial Planning, Finance, EFTPOS, Internet and Health Insurance; to be reviewed.
  4. Products & services If you are happy with the quote, the product/s will be received by your organisation from of VaultOnes’ product/service providers.
  5. Generate income/sponsorship Commissions will then be generated from the product/services provided and paid to the not for profit organisation of your choice at no extra cost to your business.
  6. Recognition Your organisation will be recognised as being sponsors of that organisation.
  7. Marketing You will then be able to market your organisation as being a sponsor of the not for profit organisation you nominated.
